Yesterday (04.09.2024), the PPGSP received Prof. Dr. Márcia Bento, deputy coordinator of Chamber I of Capes - interdisciplinary area . On the occasion, important issues were discussed to boost the growth of the Program, namely: the Capes evaluation criteria for the four-year period and general guidelines for the development of technical and technological products. Professors, students and technicians from the PPGSP were present. Our gratitude to Prof. Dr. Márcia Bento.

On Monday morning, the 12th, the State Public Prosecutor's Office, through the Women's Protection Center (Núcleo Mulher), held the “Womanities: we are many, we are multiple” awards ceremony, in honor of leading women who play a significant role in their respective areas of activity or in favor of other women. The event took place in the auditorium of the MPPA's Center for Studies and Functional Improvement. In total, 14 women were honored, among them, the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Public Security (PPGSP) Prof. Dr. Maély Ferreira De Holanda Ramos, and the students Ana Maria Margalhães de Carvalho and Mônica Rei Moreira Freire.

Book Launch: " COP 30 Strategies for a Sustainable Future " by Prof. Dr. João Marcio Palheta , Permanent Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Public Security (PPGSP), other authors Edilene da Silva Barbosa de Sousa, Christian Nunes da Silva, Adolfo da Costa Oliveira Neto.
