Cesar Mauricio de Abreu Mello
Reserve officer of the Brazilian Army and the Military Police of Pará in the rank of Colonel, graduated in Data Processing Technology from the University Center of the State of Pará (1998) and a bachelor's degree in Social Defense and Citizenship Sciences from the Institute of Security Education of Pará (1996), he has specializations in People Management (FGV / IDEAL- 2001), Public Security (UCAM-2002), Society and Public Security Management (UFPA-2006), Environmental Protection and Defense (UEPA / IESP-2008), Strategic Management in Social Defense (IESP-2016). He has a master's degree in Social Defense and Conflict Mediation (UFPA-2015) and a PhD in Sustainable Development of the Humid Tropics (NAEA / UFPA-2021). Specialized in Special Police Operations, deactivation and tactical use of explosives, counterterrorism and security of authorities, he has several courses in Brazil and abroad. He worked in four governments, serving, in the last of them, as Secretary of State and Chief of the Military Household of the Government of Pará, carrying out more than 15 international missions on five continents.

Clay Anderson Nunes Chagas
He holds a degree in Geography (Bachelor's and Bachelor's degrees) from the Federal University of Pará (1998), a master's degree in Sustainable Development of the Humid Tropics (2002) and a PhD in Socio-Environmental Development from the Federal University of Pará (2010). He is currently Vice Rector of the State University of Pará, and participates in the Postgraduate Program in Geography and the Postgraduate Program in Public Security at the Federal University of Pará. He is a professor at the State University of Pará, working on the undergraduate course in Geography. He is a collaborating professor at the Institute of Education in Public Security and Social Defense of the State of Pará and a collaborating professor at the University of Cape Verde in the Postgraduate Program in Public Security. He is a member of the Brazilian Public Security Forum and a member of the International Association of Portuguese-Speaking Criminology. Member of the Historical and Geographical Institute of Pará. Consultant for the pre-approved Roster for Latin America of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP/UN) in the category of Violence Prevention (2016-2018). Leader of the Laboratory for Research and Analysis in Geography of Violence and Crime. Has experience in Public Security, working mainly on the following topics: Territory Management, Crime, Homicide and Cartography.

Edson Marcos Leal Soares Ramos
He holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Pará (1994), a master's degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1999) and a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2003). He is a full professor at the Federal University of Pará. He is a professor and vice-coordinator of the postgraduate program in Public Security at the Federal University of Pará. He is a counselor at the Brazilian Public Security Forum. He is a collaborating professor at the University of Cabo Verde in the master's degree in Public Security. He has experience in the areas of Statistics, Production Engineering, Public Security and Economics, with an emphasis on Mathematical, Econometric and Statistical Methods and Models, working mainly on the following topics: statistics, time series, modeling, forecasting, experimental design, public security and statistical quality control.

Jose Gracildo Junior
Professor of higher education at the Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences of the Federal University of Pará (ICEN / UFPA). Graduation (2003), Specialization (2004), Master's (2006) in Statistics from the Federal University of Pará. Doctorate (2016) in Electrical Engineering in the area of concentration of electrical energy systems from the Federal University of Pará. He is a Permanent Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Public Security of the Federal University of Pará (PPGSP / UFPA), Professional Master's in Public Security (Diagnosis, Conflicts, Crime and Information Technology) http://www.ppgsp.propesp.ufpa.br/index.php/br/, where he works in the area with the following themes: Diagnostics and Statistical Analysis in Public Security; Census and Sample Surveys in the Area of Public Security, in addition, he develops research on the themes: Crimes Related to the Environment; Police Victimization; Violence Against Children and Adolescents; Homicide; Drug Trafficking; Gender Violence; Domestic Violence; Public Security Technology; Prison System; School Violence. He has experience in the area of Probability and Statistics, with emphasis on: Regression and Correlation; Statistical Inference; Time Series Analysis and Probability. He works mainly with the following methodologies: Regression and Correlation Analysis; Regression Models with Error in the Variables; Statistical Quality Control; Regression Control Chart; Regression Control Chart with Error in the Variables; Classical Time Series; Fuzzy Time Series. He is currently the Coordinator of the Laboratory of Information and Georeferencing Systems (LASIG), and is also a collaborator of the Statistical and Computational Studies and Research Group (GEPEC), both at the Federal University of Pará. Renato Hidaka Torres
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University Center of Pará (2010). Master's degree in Systems and Computing from the Military Institute of Engineering (2012). PhD in Computer Science from the Federal University of Pará (2019). I was a professor at the Institute of Higher Studies of the Amazon (2012-2015). I was a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pará (2015-2020). Since December 14, 2018, I have been part of the SINAES Evaluators Bank (BASiS) of INEP/MEC. Since March 17, 2020, I have been a permanent professor at the Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences of the Federal University of Pará. Since August 17, 2021, I have been a permanent professor in the Postgraduate Program in Public Security of the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences of the Federal University of Pará. Main lines of research: Information Security, Data Mining, and Cybercrimes.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Pará - UFPA (1993), a Master's Degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1999) and a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2003). She is currently a Full Professor at UFPA, developing her teaching activities in the Undergraduate Program in Statistics and in the PPGSP. She is also a Collaborating Professor in the Master's Program in Social Defense Management and Conflict Mediation at the University of Cape Verde. Vera Lucia de Azevedo Lima
She has a degree in nursing from the Federal University of Pará (1985) and a degree in Full Degree in Nursing from the Federal University of Pará (1988), a master's degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health/Osvaldo Cruz Foundation (2001) and a Doctorate and Post-Doctorate in Nursing, Philosophy and Health from the Postgraduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2009 and 2014). She was Director of the Faculty of Nursing from September 2019 to August 2021. She was coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Management and Health at FSCMPA. She is currently an associate professor III at the Faculty of Nursing of the Institute of Health Sciences of the Federal University of Pará and the Postgraduate Program in Public Security (PPGSP/IFCH/UFPA). Coordinator of the Multivaccination Extension Program for Priority Groups/PIBEX/UFPA, Coordinator of the Research Project Media Discourse on Violence against Amazonian Women Committed by Men/ICS/PROPESP/UFPA. In the current scenario, she has experience in the area of Nursing, with an emphasis on Nursing in Women's Health, Adults and the Elderly, and priority groups. Tutor of the multidisciplinary program in the area of Elderly Health/HUJBB/UFPA. Acting mainly on the following topics: nursing, violence against women, media, violence and women, homicide, feminicide and public safety. Member of the EPOTENA research group.
